Compliance and Sentinel Coordinator
Highams Park, £25,000 - £30,000
Role Training is growing and searching for a compliance coordinator to join the busy team. This is a permanent role, based in Highams Park, E4, joining and busy training and recruitment company.
Sentinel/ Construction experience is highly desirable, compliance experience is essential
Your tasks would be:
- To arrange medical and drug and alcohol tests
- Managing any medical referrals
- Maintaining emails and spreadsheets
- To assisting ensuring that training and assessment is delivered in compliance with relevant industry and company standards.
- To maintain and ensure the Non-Sentinel Training Matrix is kept up to date and training requirements are identified in advance of expiry.
- To assist with the collation of Logbooks in preparation for arranging recertification training.
- Administration on various platforms
- To assist with maintaining reports
- Providing relevant figures for reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- To liaise with external suppliers to book training and assessment requirements.
- Provide joining instructions for training bookings
- Fleet management: hire car/insurance paperwork/ bookings.
- Audits: manage compliance with legislation and H&S, assisting with audit paperwork. Assisting with audit paperwork and preparation for accreditations to include; ISO/RISQS/Constructionline /Achilles/CITB/ITC.
- Preparing of training documents. Act as Sentinel coordinator, ensuring cards are ordered for engineers. Produce log of training hours per month.
- Maintaining Management System Audits
- Maintaining PQQ / Sub Contractor / Supplier Questionnaires and gathering data evidence as required.
The ideal candidate
- Ideally have knowledge in the Rail / Construction sector
- Minimum of 12 months administration experience ideally in sentinel or a Training/Compliance environment.
- ISO Audit experience / RISQS / Achilles, Constructionline / CITB previous experience
- Be a strong team player and be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A strong level of IT competency including Microsoft Office and Excel is essential.
