As Reward Partner you'll help shape and influence our future colleague experience. As our Reward Partner you will play a pivotal role through data insights and market research to support the business on our transformation. This is a brilliant role for a Reward Partner who enjoys managing a project from start to finish. Our reward team has achieved a lot, but there is still loads to accomplish in the Reward space such as; complete review of our benefits, embedding a reward strategy to suit our business, a grading framework, how we benchmark, salary bands/transparency, and anything/everything that will enhance our colleague experience and drive our strategic plans.
- Designing and implementing salary and bonus structures, employee benefits, and incentives that align with the company's objectives.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement fair pay practices, including job design, job grading and pay benchmarking
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to compensation, benefits, and rewards
- Collaborating with other departments to develop and maintain effective reward strategies that attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Monitor the effectiveness of our compensation and benefits programs and make recommendations for improvements
- Providing guidance and support to HR, managers and employees on all reward-related matters.
- Support with the administration, coordination, and analysis of data for cyclical processes such as job evaluations, insight gathering, salary survey submission, pay benchmarking, pay governance, benefit delivery and analysis, bonus payments, pay reporting, pay modelling, etc.
- Supports the delivery of important analysis and reports such as CEO Pay Ratio, GPG reports (and others as required)
- Support on any other people team work streams and ad hoc projects as needed
This is a remote-based role with very minimal travel into our head office is based in Crick, Northamptonshire.

Because of the nature of this role, you must have a background in Rewards/Benefits with a drive and creativity to implement everything we have mentioned above! You’ll thrive if you enjoy taking on a project and delivering it from conception to end.
- Experience in a Rewards and Benefits role
- Knowledge of Payroll would be advantageous but not essential
- Natural curiosity and enjoy researching latest trends
It is highly likely you will have worked in any of the following roles and/or markets, and worked with the following products and/or services: HR Advisor. HR Generalist, People Advisor, Reward Advisor, Reward Analyst, HR Analyst, Reward Partner, HR Partner, Benefits Advisor.
