The role
We are seeking a Research Executive who has a genuine interest in the psychology behind consumer buying decisions. You will have the opportunity to contribute towards the research and learning programmes for a range of brands and clients.
We are looking for a graduate in marketing and/or psychology, possibly with some professional work or research experience and who has an ability to write clearly and concisely in English.
Main tasks will include:
- Survey coding / checking via our survey platform
- Data analysis and charting (basic-moderate excel skills)
- Researching brands to put together brand asset lists for client projects
- Assisting with internal research surveys
- Creative ad research and building our database of examples for our learning programmes
- Reviewing materials and client presentations
Requirements:
The ideal applicant will fit in well with the culture of our small, research-based London company and have a definitive eye for detail, making sure to double check all work and will also have opinions on brand behaviour. Additionally, they will have:
- Experience coding surveys
- 2:2 equivalent level or above in a relevant degree subject (preferably Psychology or Marketing)
- Outstanding communication skills in English (both written and oral)
- Comfortable in both quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Should live in or around the London area (within an easily commutable distance)
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office packages, in particular Excel and Word and additional software skills would be advantageous.
This role is available for an immediate start and will be 100% working from their office in central London. Pay will be pro rata.

Salary: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
