Position: Hospitality Assistant
Hours: Full time – 40 hours per week
Rate of pay: £12 ph
Reporting to: Chef Manager

We have an opportunity for an experienced professional who’s passionate about service to come on board and support our team.
Key responsibilities are to:
· Deliver an exceptional and professional service to the hospitality suite, consisting of a number of meeting rooms.
· Service includes: Tea & Coffee service / Sandwiches lunches / Hot & Cold buffets/
· Canapés.
· Servicing the client lounge and ensuring all standards are maintained at all times.
To help out in the bistro, serving coffee making sandwiches & assisting chefs.
· Ensure high standards of presentation and cleanliness in the front of house areas at all times.
· General cleaning duties as required.
· Ensure legal training requirements are kept up to date (all provided).
· Support the kitchen team with delivery collection from the loading bay.
· Support Chef Manager with admin, due diligence, ordering & other paperwork as required.
· Assisting with weekly stock takes.
· Helping to create a fun & friendly atmosphere within the catering team.
· Liaising with the reception team regarding client bookings.
