Position: Investment Administrator
Location: Leeds (hybrid)
Salary: Up to £27,500 depending on experience
As an Investment Administrator you will work collaboratively with the Investment Managers and the Operations Manager to ensure portfolios of individuals, trusts, charities, and company clients receive an exceptional level of service within FCA and TCF framework and principles. You will provide administrative support to the Investment Management and Operations teams, including general administration, client communication, data product and analysis.
To be successful you’ll need to bring…
- Demonstrable administration experience gained within investment management, asset/portfolio management or Financial Services (essential).
- Educated to degree standard (desirable).
- Experience with a Client Relationship Management system/database.
- Excellent working knowledge in administration/operations in financial services.
- Understanding of Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with investment managers and clients.
