We are looking for an Electronics Design Engineer with experience in the design and development of products to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of design experience creating reliable, user-friendly products and will be excited to take on the challenges posed by our fast-paced, growing environment. The Electronics Design Engineer position requires knowledge of a variety of programming languages such as C, C++ . We are seeking candidates with excellent written, spoken and analytical skills who can communicate well with others both verbally and in written form.
Responsibilities:
Electronics Design Engineer
Design and development role in an established manufacturing company with in house SMT and PCB assembly capabilities. Products include RFID technologies as well as access control hardware and Software
Ideal Candidate
Useful experience but not exclusive:
· Electronics Design
o Microcontroller (Mostly 8 bit PIC microcontrollers)
o Power Supply
o EEPROM, & Flash Memory
o RS 232, 485 and 422.
o Ethernet UDP & TCP/IP
· VB6 PC Software
· SQL Server database
· Embedded C (PIC microcontrollers MPLABX)
· PCB CAD (preferably with Altium)
o Schematic Design
o PCB Layout
o Library part creation
· Some mechanical design
o Specifications
o Test procedures
