Job Description
To provide efficient and responsive administrative, organisational and logistical support to the Business Services and Resident Departments.
Key tasks will include;
- Answering the telephone, responding to enquiries and passing on relevant information
- Typing and dispatching letters/mail merges/bulletins as required
- Managing printing and filing of documents
- Maintaining stationery and kitchen supplies
- Work on CIRUS system to update and input data on a weekly schedule
- Work with the Residential Cleaning Department Co-ordinator, taking calls, booking in customers jobs, scheduling technicians work allocation and following up on paperwork
- Provide general support to the Business Services team
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to £24,000.00 per year
