Job Description
We are looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant. The role involves working through case files, seeking out information, researching and then following this up with letters emails and phone calls and subsequently assisting in the administration and distribution of deceased estates.
Hours
40 hours per week.
Pay to be negotiated dependent on skill & experience.
Specific skills and/or experiences
You will need to be organised, computer literate (especially Microsoft Word and Excel), and have excellent literacy and numeracy skills with a keen eye for detail. Ideally you will enjoy problem solving and be happy working independently or with a small team, have a good telephone manner and common sense. An interest in legal processes would be an advantage and the ideal candidate would preferably have some experience of working in an office.
