Salary: £29,439 - £31,099 pro rata

Hours: 30 hours per week

Contractual Status: Permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Resident and Business Support for an officer to join our team as a Specialist Advice Officer.

The successful candidate will be part of a small team who will undertake new financial assessments and review existing financial assessments on an annual basis to establish client’s contributions towards their packages of care. You will provide assistance to clients and carers to maximise their welfare benefits and make a real difference to a number of residents.

If you have a sound knowledge of DWP (Department for Works and Pensions) benefits, are confident in communicating with people and want to make a difference to residents, this maybe the opportunity you are waiting for and we would love to hear from you!

To be successful in this role you will need experience in customer service, effective verbal and written communication skills and excellent analytical skills. You will be self-motivated, able to work under pressure whilst being part of a small but dynamic team.
