Job Description
We are currently recruiting a Document Controller for our client, based in Stockton-on-Tees.
The main duties of the role are to:
- Maintain accurate records of all drawings and documents issued from suppliers and various internal departments to and from external customers
- To control documentation for a number of different projects at any one time. Efficiently processing large numbers of documents on multiple projects checking, printing, reviewing and distributing electronically via internal systems.
- Ensure all documentation returned from the customer with comments is issued to the originator with a copy to the Project Manager and the MDR updated.
Personal Requirements:
- Previous experience of Document Control systems.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PDF is essential, together with an ability to write reports.
- Confident communicator.

Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
