To this end retention of our existing contract base through contract renewals and minimizing attrition is key to ensuring that our revenue base does not erode whilst winning new long-term customers to fuel our growth
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Operations Planning and Analysis team, to own data and analysis for attrition across the EMEALA (Europe, Middle East & Latin America) region.
Responsibilities:
Understand current data source architecture and data availability for attrition
Work with large data sets and providing alignments of different source data to enable comparative analysis, highlighting, and driving opportunity for data standardization
Building deep understanding of data analytics outcomes and model usage. Using modelling and simulation tools and techniques to understand and identify improvement opportunities
Linking business context and/or deriving business actions based on what data and prediction outcomes show
Continuous evolution of predictive models and prescriptive actions based on changing business landscape
Develop an in depth understanding of service contracts by region and domain, providing analysis that highlights risks to retention and recommendations on actions to be taken to retain high risk customers through a combination of data analysis, data modelling and data automation.
Set monthly renewal targets by region and lead weekly reviews of renewal status with regions
Continuously track and provide reporting on renewals to both regions, EMEALA, global and EC stakeholders
What we look for:
Education background with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in relevant subject i.e., Computer Science/Maths/Business
5+ year’s experience with data governance, data processing, model design and model-building phases (e.g., enterprise model, algorithm design, model refinement) on physical, distributed systems and cloud hosted environments
Experience in use of visualization tools such as PowerBi, Tableau or Qlik and database languages such as SQL, Python and R
Broad based experience with rapid prototyping and production implementation across large data sets
