As a Childrens Activity Leader, you are responsible for:

Providing excellent customer service ensuring a quality and friendly service, in a clean and safe environment.
- Organising and delivering childrens activities in a safe environment
- Be empowered to resolve guest complaints speedily and with empathy and to the satisfaction of the guest
- Have a good knowledge of all products and services on the park, identify and upsell encourage secondary spend
