Office Based - Weston Super Mare (Tuesday-Thursday)
Monday & Friday remote working

Virtual HQ is one of the largest Virtual Office specialists in the UK, we provide Virtual Offices and complimentary services to corporate customers both around the UK and Internationally. We have grown rapidly since launching in January 2016 and continue to expand our network of 110+ locations throughout the UK.
Overview
We are looking for 3 energetic, driven, friendly members of staff to join our exciting, rapidly growing team. As a member of the team you will handle all head office inbound calls, whilst managing your own admin duties and making sure that a great level of customer service is maintained and delivered to all clients. The role also will include supporting the head office team at busy times to ensure the smooth and effective running of the business.
The ideal candidate will be confident in communication with a professional, friendly and caring approach along with a positive and "can do" attitude. This will be a fast paced role so we are looking for someone who is able to multitask, is a team player and can maintain their sense of humour at busy times.
The 3 roles will differ slightly but ideal applicants:
- Must have at least 3 years experience of working in admin or customer service
- Exceptional communicator both via email and phone
- IT literate, experience with CRM software
- Strong administration & organisational skills
- Prior experience working within Gsuite (Google Drive, Sheets, Docs) would be preferable
- Able to prioritise & manage your time effectively, and work to deadlines
- Abundance of common sense and logic
