Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for a Project & Accounts Coordinator to join our expanding team. Salary £25K-£30K (based on experience) The Role Our expanding agency needs an Projects and Accounts Coordinator to join our growing team. The main objective of the project and accounts co-ordinator is to support the Project and Accounts teams administratively. The work will be varied and may include reviewing reports, setting up meetings, writing meeting notes, building project plans etc. You’ll be working for the most senior people in the business, you’ll learn a lot and be fully immersed in a fast-paced digital marketing agency. You will have to have excellent and thorough note taking, unquestionable attention to detail and excellent written English. You will have strong Microsoft office skills. You will support 4 senior managers and be able to understand and prioritise work coming from all 4 and be able to manage upwards and manage expectations. You will provide online Research, providing background information for the 4 senior managers. You will have the opportunity and ability to learn digital marketing and how the recruitment industry works – the more you know the more help you can be. We don’t expect initial understanding (though of course it’s a benefit) but this requires intelligence and an ability to learn fast. Our offices are in the centre of Woking – two minutes from the train station, 5 minutes from the newly developed Woking town centre and 25 minutes from central London.
