Assitant Manager

Job Description

• An American multi-national fast food restaurant franchise* that primarily sells submarine sandwiches (subs), wraps, salads and beverages. Subway was founded by 17 year old Fred DeLuca and financed by Peter Buck in 1965 as Pete's Super Submarines in Bridgeport, Connecticut.To maintain a high quality of store operations, demonstrate strong leadership skills, analyze financial performance, ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high restaurant standards.You will lead and motivate the team to ensure the financial success of the business. You will support, implement and communicate company policies, processes and procedures to all staff. The role involves the recruitment, training and development of high performing teams.You will motivate your team and as a Senior Assistant Manager you will support the Store Manager to exceed all customer expectations through your sheer passion and desire for the product, fully ensuring that you are satisfying your customer needs. You will lead from the front, be a real ‘hands on’ manager, develop your team and ensure your own development is fully explored.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £9.50-£10.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
