Job Description
As a Legal Assistant you will be responsible to assist in immigration and other legal matters.
The position entails extensive interaction with clients, staff, attorneys and government officials. Will conduct client intakes, translations, preparation of applications and collection and submission of documents. The candidate must be organized, able to multi-task, pose excellent oral and written communication skills, handle changing priorities, analyze case documents, and ability to set priorities and exercise independent judgment within.
***Must available to work Saturdays***
Responsibilities included but not limited to the following:
Calendaring
Intake from client and coordinate/arrange meetings
Prepare, draft, filings to relevant Federal and State agency
Interpretation / document translation
Prepare, draft correspondence
Enter case information in a clear, accurate and concise manner into management system
Fingerprinting
Scanning
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: £37,675.98-£41,916.71 per year
