40 hours per week - Monday to Friday

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and conscientious Operations Support Assistant, who will provide support to ensure the smooth running of the Customer Contact Centre and its team members.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Raising and receiving purchase orders.
  • Reception duties.
  • Ordering and managing supplies.
  • Managing all incoming and outgoing post and deliveries for the site
  • Granting restricted building access and issuing site passes.
  • Coordinating all room booking calendars and supporting the set up.
  • Ensure that all lockers have keys and are being used as per the locker process.

The Ideal Candidate:

Essential Criteria:

  • A team player - able to work collaboratively with others.
  • Recognise the importance of confidentiality when supporting strategic or confidential issues.
  • Good attention to detail – able to spot errors or mistakes in your own work and others.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experienced IT user - confident in using Google Drive, Docs, Sheets and Slides our primary productivity tools.
  • A well organised approach to the workload with the ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Proficient in Excel and Word.
