- Benefits of working for us:
- · £24,150 per annum before probation (Pro Rata for Student Visa's)
- · £24,500 per annum after 12 weeks' probation and on receipt of Tier 2 Visa
- · 34 hours per week (Pro Rata for Student Visa's) worked over 4 days
- · Mileage- paid 35p per mile in between calls plus additional mileage can be claimed from HMRC.
- · A choice between time and a half pay for a Bank Holiday or an extra day holiday for every bank holiday worked.

What your day to day can look like:
Your day-to-day tasks can vary depending on the client and their needs.
The tasks can vary from companionship (emotional support), meal preparation, medication prompting/administration, washing and dressing, and personal care (toileting and incontinence care).
Encouraging independence where possible, depending on the client’s individual needs.
Shift patterns:
Long days:
0700 - 2200
Short days:
0700 - 1500
1500 - 2200
** 34 hours a week contact time **
Ideal candidate:
- MUST HOLD A FULL UK DRIVING LICENSE AND ACCESS TO YOUR OWN CAR
- Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferred)
- Have good technology skills - as will work through apps
- Good understanding of the written and spoken English word
- Passionate and enthusiastic about helping people
- Available to work alternate weekends
- Works well in a team and alone
