Job Title: Referencing Administrator
Salary: £24k - £28k per annum (depending on skillset and experience)
Location: Fully Remote
Hours: Monday - Friday (09:00am to 17:30pm) and 1 in 4 Saturdays (09:00am - 13:00pm)

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Referencing Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing tenant documents in line with government legislation, answering phone calls, live chats, and emails, gathering employment references, and previous landlord references.
Responsibilities:
- Assessing tenant documents such as passports, visas, and proof of address in line with government legislation
- Communicating with clients via phone calls, live chats, and emails
- Gathering employment references and previous landlord references via phone and email
- Maintaining accurate records of all tenant references
- Managing and prioritising a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment
- Providing excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive and proactive attitude towards work
This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will be based remotely but with the occasionally requirement to travel into a London based office (expenses paid).
