Your journey with us
Join us on our 4 year, Stellantis Commercial Degree Apprenticeship Programme. From Fleet and Business Sales to Communications, Events and Public Relations, to Human Resources or working with our iconic brands, you have plenty of areas to experience as a part of the programme. You will ‘earn while you study’ for your degree and we will support you all the way. You will also receive dedicated time to study during the working week. Through a number of placements, you will work alongside experienced teams and gain a detailed understanding of the diverse business units that sit within the Stellantis Group in the UK.
From the start you will be provided with a ‘buddy’ and will be developed and mentored as a part of the structured programme. In each placement, you will be fully accountable for delivering results, both in day-to-day operational tasks and through contributing to key strategic projects. What qualifications will I be awarded?
At the end of the programme you will gain a BA (Hons) in Management, together with a Diploma in Leadership and Management and Professional Chartered Manager status.

Are you the ONE?
You have a minimum of 5 GCSE's grade C/4 or above including Maths & English and 3 A Levels at BCC or above (predicted or achieved). Or equivalent qualifications. A full driving licence is advantageous.
You must also been living in the UK or EU for the past 3 years and have full right to work in the UK for the whole duration of the programme (3 years).
You are a self-motivated, passionate, innovative individual. You have excellent communication skills and would be able to build strong, collaborative, working relationships with employees and teams across the organisation and at all levels. You are organised and are good at absorbing information, analysing problems, above all with a creative mindset.

* Although the role is primarily home-based, we believe that working alongside colleagues and having the opportunity to network across the business is a key element of your trainee programme. As a result, we ask that our trainees visit our office hubs on a regular/weekly basis, and therefore, successful candidates would be expected to live within reasonable travelling distance of our Head Office in Coventry.
