Care Support worker for an elderly lady with Alzeihmer's
Reporting to the registered manager
Responsibilities
Medication prompt/administration.
Support with meals.
Communication and engaging with client.
Organising outings for the day in line with client's interests.
Documentation and handing over to colleagues.
Frequent family updates.
Monitoring wellbeing and reporting changes early.
Required Work Experience
Experience with supporting Alzheimer's/ Dementia clients.
Administration of medication.
Experience with documentation.
Lone working and working independently.
Training/Certificates
Medication management
Alzheimer's awareness training or similar certificate.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £13.75 per hour
