This applicant needs to be confident at exploring new techniques and approaches, be proactive in everything they do and be willing to take a lead to drive initiatives forward. Labman is a very supportive environment, but a good level of autonomy is also crucial as we continue to grow.
As automation becomes an ever-increasing requirement for many industries, we are looking to find innovative ways to drive our customer acquisition, maintain the Labman brand and publicise our company offering to target companies, industries and countries.
The successful candidate must be a team player who loves collaborating, as this role will involve working closely with the wider sales and engineering teams.
Assisting and, at time leading in various aspects of the marketing strategy depending on their skill set, tasks include:
Content creation in the form of written and visual assets for social advertising campaigns. Maintaining a social media schedule-
Day-to-day management of Google Ad campaigns to ensure optimisation in line with strategy and goals. Review performance and reporting back to the business

Photography and videography for Labman products and at events.

Creation of well-researched case studies and gathering customer testimonial.

Producing reports on enquiry data, web performance, and other key metrics to support and drive sales initiatives.

Introducing and utilising any new tools required to drive growth. Engaging in market research for future products.
