The company uses sage software primarily, and knowledge of this package is essential
Duties include; -
Ledger entry, preparing invoices and chasing late payments.
Monthly bank reconciliation
Allocating bank/cheque and cash payments to the correct customer account
Opening accounts for new customers
Monthly payroll with Sage
Making payments each month to creditors
Sending monthly statements and dealing with any queries rising from them
Dealing with daily phone calls and emails in a timely manor
Working with other companies to self-bill their invoices and making sure they’re correct
The Job is very flexible in both hours and scope, and the pay rate will be dependent on experience. The stated hours are an avarage and may vary throughout a calendar month.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week
Salary: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
