THE ROLE
As an Assistant Manager, you will…
- Support the General Manager by running the restaurant and looking after your guests
- Lead your team by example
- Play a crucial role in helping us achieve our mission of becoming the UK’s favourite Italian
- Ensure every customer leaves happy, wanting to return.

The ideal candidate enjoys working in a restaurant environment, has prior experience in a managerial role and is able to make quick decisions regarding staff scheduling and inventory control. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all daily activities and directing staff to ensure that clientele receive the high-quality service they expect.
Responsibilities:
- Be the manager of the restaurant.
- Supervise the work of all staff.
- Plan the work of the staff and assign tasks to them.
- Plan and lead staff training activities.
- Seek out new business opportunities for the restaurant.
- Manage marketing and sales activities for the restaurant.
- Oversee accounting operations for the restaurant.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £28,500.00 per year
