Tom Hixson of Smithfield is the home of the finest wholesale gourmet produce, which we carefully source from Britain and around the world. We have helped create special dining moments since 1968. Our success has been built on our ability to source fabulous new products for our clients, from Michelin star chefs to passionate home cooks.
For over 50 years Tom Hixson of Smithfield has operated within the historic setting of Smithfield market. The business has seen significant growth over the last decade through our wholesale gourmet philosophy we have expanded our customer base both in the wholesale and retail sides of the industry.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual, with a can-do attitude. The chosen candidate will have a good telephone manner and proficiency with computers.
Your responsibilities will include liaising with customers, both retail and wholesale, dealing with their issues, taking orders and assisting elsewhere in the office.
Working hours will be Monday - Friday, 9.00am – 5pm but might be longer on occasion.
