An excellent opportunity has arisen for an initiative-taking, enthusiastic Deputy Dental Clinical Service Manager.
In this role you will facilitate the work of the Patient Administration team in the day-to-day organisation, administration, and use of the dental clinics.
It is an exciting time to join Bristol Dental School as we move to a city centre state-of-the-art site (1 Trinity Quay, Avon Street, Bristol) to deliver a new operating model in Summer 2023.
- Ensure that best practice of booking patients is always maintained.
- Monitor key performance indicators to maximise efficiency.
- Gaining approval and co-ordinating the implementation of changes to improve patient contact and bookings.
- Responsible for the thorough validation of treatment waiting lists, involving clinicians and administration team.
- Undertake recruitment of the administration team and support induction.
- You are an enthusiastic individual who is highly motivated and organised with excellent communication skills.
- You have experience in overseeing teams, and supervising in an administrative, patient reception, or facilities setting.
- You are adaptable and able to deliver high quality, efficient and effective clinical administrative support.
- You have strong computer skills; email communication, using databases and bookings systems.
