Description:
- Use bandsaws, mincers, knives, and other tools to cut meat down into smaller portions as per retail requirements.
- Ensure correct packaging and weighting.
- Ensure that strict food standards and hygiene regulations are met.
- Comply with Company Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean working environment and clearly communicate with colleagues.
- You will perform inspections on equipment prior to use.
- Clean and maintain all tools and equipment.
- Ensure that daily and weekly inventory records are kept.
Schedule:
- 40 hours per week.
- Monday to Friday.
- 0600am to 1400pm.
Hourly rate is negotiable based upon experience.
