Position: Warehouse Shift Manager
Location: Glasgow (G68 9LB)
Salary: up to £35,000
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) 40 hours
Shift pattern: All 3 shifts on a Rotational basis any 5 from 7

- Plan, manage and adjust staffing levels to meet operational requirements
- Direct the daily activity to ensure a safe, secure, clean and fair work environment for team members
- Manage all disciplinary grievance and absence issues in line with HR policy
- Facilitate effective communication
- Organise and lead the focus on improved productivity levels

- First line management experience
- Previous warehouse management experience
- Strong communications skills
- Ability to manage change processes
- Ability to deliver results under stress
- Act independently without direct supervision
- Strong IT skills
