Job Title: Receptionist
Dental Receptionist position available! This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and keen individual to become a part of our friendly team. We are looking for friendly, caring and hardworking candidate with positive attitude, focusing on providing excellent patient care.
We will consider a candidate without previous experience providing they have great telephone manner, good communication and administrative skills. We would love to hear from you , if you feel you are the person for the role.
Pay negotiable depending on experience.
Key Tasks:
-Receive and deal with patients and visitors greet, and greet them warmly and enthusiastically.
-Answer the telephone and deal with patient enquiries in a positive, efficient and friendly manner.
-Booking and amending appointments as required
-Carry out reception and related administrative duties throughout the Practice and to perform such other tasks as reasonably required
-Making patients aware of dental services and current offers
-Handling payments
-Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality.
-Liaise with dental laboratories, suppliers and other organisations as required
-Maintained professional manner and customer service to the highest level.
Requirements of the Role:
-Familiar with SOE ( not essential) and other various software packages.
-Confident with dealing with different people on daily bases
-Work well within the team and as individually.
-Be able to work on own initiative and under pressure
-Excellent communication and organisational skills
-Punctual and reliable
-Assist throughout the practice and perform such other tasks as reasonably requested
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From £10.50 per hour
