crooton are working with an independent care provider offering residential and nursing care to individuals across the UK, and they are looking to recruit Care Assistants to join their care home in Chapel Brampton, Northampton.
Shifts: Days and Nights available
Salary: £11.92 per hour
Location: Northampton
You will need to have empathy, a can-do approach and excellent communication skills to join as a Care Assistant. If you have that, then you don’t need any specific care experience as all the training you need to thrive will be provided. Above all, you’ll have real compassion for all residents in order to deliver the highest standard of care and support.
As a Care Assistant, you will:
- Help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve
- You’ll assist with daily living, providing support and companionship, sharing great moments and memories
- Support residents with their food and drink
- Support residents with all elements of personal care
- Follow care plans to ensure that each and every resident has one-to-one time
