Night Care Workers for an Extra Care Scheme
Rate of Pay – £10.92 per hour

· To be provided with government recommended personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure both your safety and that of our clients. ICare will also provide training of how to put on, remove and dispose of PPE correctly and safely.

· Opportunity to gain a nationally recognised qualification in Health and Social Care
· As a bank employee, you will be required to work at least one shift every three months
Key Requirements:
· Be kind, friendly and honest

· Be able to provide 2 satisfactory references
· Be prepared to go through necessary background checks, inc DBS
· Be eligible to work in the UK
Key Responsibilities:
· Assisting and Enabling
· Washing and Dressing
· Providing Food and Refreshments
· Assist in the safe lifting, transferring, repositioning and movement of clients
· Bed making
· Administering medication
· Contributing to record keeping
About ICare
We’re ICare and we have recently been successful in being awarded two extra care services in Derby and we provide a range of care and support services for our older residents, some of whom have dementia. We are seeking to recruit some great new Care Workers; are you a caring, self motivated, patient, understanding team player? This job could be for you!
