Cardiff University is looking to recruit an experienced, reliable, and highly motivated Carpenter as a member of the Estates & Facilities Fabric team. As a member of our team, you will be required to undertake carpentry work across residential and academic buildings across the University Estate including planned, preventative, and responsive maintenance.
Carpenters play a proactive role within an enthusiastic and innovative team, delivering key objectives to meet directorate and university wide requirements. Ensuring all installation and repairs are undertaken for all statutory, planned and breakdown and that all works are completed safely, cost effectively and to the agreed KPI’s and Service Level Agreement.

This is a full-time (35 hours per week) open-ended position.
Salary: £24,715 - £28,929 per annum (Grade 4)
