Job Description
We are an award-winning digital marketing agency looking for enthusiastic young professionals who feel passion for all things digital and have a strong interest in learning the right skills for a career in this field.
We are looking for bilingual candidates who are able to develop digital activities in English and Italian (additional languages will be a plus when applying). It is essential that candidates are interested in learning about digital marketing, so if Content, Copywriting, Social Media Marketing and a good dose of SEO are your bread and butter, you have found the right place.
What skills are required?
- English and Italian; German/French/Spanish/other languages will be a plus
- Writing and communication skills to create content in such languages;
- Creativity and passion for the world of digital communication, especially the world of major Social Media (Instagram, TikTok and Facebook);
- Basic or intermediate ability to create content in graphic, video, and infographic formats (don't panic: you won't need to be a professional designer or videomaker!).
- Basic or intermediate skill in utilising graphics suites or tools (Canva or similar)
- Basic or intermediate ability in management and planning of an editorial calendar for Social Media by tracking trends and opportunities
- Team-building skills: RichClicks is a friendly environment, and it is critical for us to welcome people who enjoy being part of the team and achieving as a team to our goals;
- Enthusiasm and passion for digital: the world of marketing is fast-paced and ever-changing! We need candidates who are happy to learn and take on the daily challenges of its world;
- A keen interest in as well as knowledge of artificial intelligence tools such as chatGPT
- Positive attitude: we love our work and are eager to meet professionals who can share our same passion;
- Transparency and accountability: our goal is to preserve an ideal atmosphere in which all team members can grow professionally;
- Proactivity. We like to see the active participation of our team members, whether it is proposing and questioning an aspect of the work or something that can generate positive energy and facilitate teamwork, whatever the situation!
Not mandatory, but it would be an advantage to have skills of:
- CMS and content management suite (Webflow, WordPress and/or Storyblok)
- Basic knowledge of SEO and search engine optimization activities
- Basic knowledge of SEO keyword scouting tools/suites (SemRush, SeoZOOM and similar)
- Ability to manage and plan an SEO-oriented editorial calendar
- Email Marketing (editing, writing and campaign management basics)
- CRM and Marketing Automation (SharpSpring, MailChimp)
- Knowledge of management and planning tools for Social Media (Later or similar)
