About the role
Our Sales managers drive exceptional customer service and sales along with retail and operational standards through the leadership and development of their teams. This is an exciting, unique role to our business focusing on our Home Shopping division; you will look for ways to grow our client base, own and deliver our in-store events and showcase our famous Fenwick hospitality to every customer at every opportunity.
Working closely with Forough, our Divisional Sales Manager, you will work together to meet area objectives whilst being a prominent figure on the store floor, working shoulder to shoulder with your team, and role modelling excellent customer service.

- A Proven Track Record of working in Retail Management - Essential
- Strong Interest in Fashion Retail and Commercial Awareness -Essential
- Event Management Experience would be Desirable but not Essential
- A natural leader and role model who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Innate attention to detail and the ability to make commercial decisions.
- An experienced professional who is adaptable, approachable, and resilient.
- Current and relevant product knowledge and market awareness
