An exciting opportunity for an experienced and positive EA to join a top investment firm based in Mayfair. They are looking for an exceptional EA who has experience supporting across all levels and is happy assisting a busy team of six. This is a hands-on role, where you will work hard and reap the rewards. You would be joining the company at a really exciting time, where there will be a lot of room for growth. This will be a hybrid role which will see you working from the office 2-3 days per week and remotely for the remaining days. The hours are 9am-6pm, with some flexibility depending on the team’s needs.
What you will do
This is a busy role which will require you to be a strong team player to hit the ground running
- Comprehensive diary and inbox management
- Coordinate busy international travel
- Preparing meeting agendas, scheduling and circulating minutes
- Meeting and greeting clients and guests
- Coordinate meetings and ensure all equipment is set up
- Any other ad hoc team needs
