Archer is working with a renowned construction consultancy in the residential sector to secure an experienced Senior Project Surveyor to join their expanding team.
This modern independent business delivers Project and Cost Management services to an impressive client base in Residential, including developers of Student Accommodation, Build to Rent, Hotels and Later Living properties. Projects are typically in the region of £50-200m in value, with 200+ units.
The company has a highly experienced team of experts in the sector, with hands-on leadership and structured development for its staff. They are a forward-thinking, dynamic business and have experts in modern methods of construction, modular building, etc. You will be given exposure to a range of different projects and clients, and both pre- and post-contract work.
The business has a non-corporate feel, with hybrid working arrangements and a 'dress for your day' policy.
On offer is a competitive salary of circa £65-75k, negotiable dependent on experience. On top of this, you will receive an above average benefits package.
Candidates will ideally have worked for a Professional Quantity Surveying Consultancy, be MRICS qualified and have experience on new build schemes within the Residential sector. Candidates who have worked client-side or for a contractor would also be considered.
