Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm, Fridays 8:00am - 1:30pm
The role…
As the Finance Assistant your role will involve the following important duties:
- Chase missing invoices and processing a weekly supplier payment run
- Ensure revenue forecasts and expenditure forecasts are up to date and correct.
- Raise invoices and chase employees for expenses.
- Enter daily cash movements from the bank into the ERP system.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Enter all supplier invoices and nominal payments onto the accounting side of the ERP system.
- Approve/assist in the set-up of new supplier accounts.
The experience required…
As a successful Finance Assistant, you will have the following:
- Several years of experience working in a finance/accounts assistant role.
- AAT, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
- Excellent attention to detail and mathematical skills.
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
