Working hours: Full time, Part time.
Rate: £10.10 - £11 per hour depend on qualification and experience.
We are Blue Fountain Care Limited, CQC registered and a provider of homecare in Bristol and South Glos. Blue Fountain has a clear and concise vision within our organisation of putting services users at the core of our services and working closely with commissioners.
Our organisation was borne out of the genuine need for additional care services to be provided to people in their own homes - where they feel most comfortable and at ease.
We have well experienced , versatile and flexible health and social care staff .The leadership structure of our organisation is also built on many years of experience of people who have vast experience in strategic, operational ,and frontline delivery of health and social care in various settings within the private and other organisations.
We are actively looking to recruit home care assistants and join our fantastic team in and around Bristol. This is a hugely rewarding role that offers flexible hours and career progression whilst having the opportunity to make a real difference to people’s lives.
You will be fully supported and no experience is required has full training is provided however it would be great if you have prior experience.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:
- Be reliable and trustworthy
- Be able to work on your own initiative.
- Access to own car.
- Previous experience is preferred but not essential.
- Be willing to participate in basic training such as care certificate, first aid, DBS.
