• You have incredibly strong organisation skills and nothing falls through the net with you leading a venue and team.
• You understand GPs controls, labour budgets and controllable/fixed costs. Plus you'll understand how to manage these effectively!
• You’re obsessed with attention to detail & think the small things matter.
• You bring the best out in your team – You manage your talent pipeline to deliver on our commitments of internal progression.
• You thrive in a high volume WET led environment.
• You’re a secret compliance geek – You love a RA, a 10/10 daily Trail average score, and keeping everyone within your business safe.
