Your responsibilities will include:
Open doors and greet guests with warm, personable welcome-
Assist with luggage according to our hotel standards

Ensure that the lobby area is in impeccable condition

Work closely with all team members, especially those in Concierge, Reception and Housekeeping

Deliver things such as messages, newspapers, deliveries, amenities and more where necessary
-
Ensure guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner

Have an excellent command of the English language

Have good knowledge of London and the local area
