We are now looking for an Administration Assistant to join our legal team in our Dartford office.

Job Role

Your role will be to support fee earners in the office with a variety of administration duties.

• Answering all incoming enquiries into the office
• Speaking to clients to obtain all financial information for Legal Aid applications
• Filling out and processing Legal Aid applications
• Inputting all data on the Legal Aid portal
• Preparing paperwork to assist solicitors in court
• General administration duties as required.

Person Specification

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Confident with liaising with clients and senior management
• Ability to work independently, under pressure and to deadlines
• Excellent numerical and IT skills
• Ability to process information using relevant software
