Looking for a role where you can work hours to fit your lifestyle? As a Warehouse Operative at our National Distribution Centre in Grantham you can work a shift pattern that suits your availability – from 1 shift per week right up to full time. Our operation runs between 6am and 11:30pm but as we’re completely flexible with start and finish times – tell us what works for you.

You don’t need any previous experience – just the enthusiasm to learn and become part of our team, but if you’ve worked in a warehouse or fast paced environment before that will definitely help! As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll pick, pack, and check the quality of these ambient, chilled, and frozen food items, ready for our drivers to deliver. It starts with a full induction, but with our backing and optional accredited training that includes forklift, first aid and HGV driving, there’s no limit to your potential.
