We are looking for an ambitious Assistant Manager to join, train and progress with us as we expand.
Reporting to the AGM and GM, as Assistant Manager you will work across all areas of the business with a focus on the restaurant. However, we'll train you so that you're a pro at running every department as part of your ongoing development.
About you:
- Great people manager with a genuine focus on training
- Solid knowledge of stock control and minimising wastage
- Passionate about delivering amazing service
- Happy, positive, friendly and guest focused
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager within a full table service premium restaurant or gastro-pub
