The successful Sales Advisor will earn an hourly wage & achievable monthly bonus’.
This role is part time across 2-5 DAYS per week.
As a Sales Advisor, you will be confident and passionate about providing an outstanding customer experience and truly represent the brand.
Main duties of a Sales Advisor:
-Providing customers with an outstanding experience
-Driving sales of all VAPE products, achieving individual sales targets & contributing to the wider performance of the SHOP
-Accurately processing sales through the Epos system
-Using an excel spreadsheet to update stock required for the shop
-Keeping the shop clean, tidy and organised.
-Using social media platforms for stock pictures/offers and live videos
-Driving our fantastic offers-Carrying out customer consultations to give a superb VIP experience
-Delivering product care, maintenance requirements and warranty information
Essential requirements of a Sales Advisor.
-Previous experience in a retail or customer service role
-Fantastic sales approach
-Concise numeracy skills
-Track record in providing exceptional customer service
-Professional, enthusiastic and friendly approach
-Excellent team player
-Vaping knowledge is not essential, but would be an advantage!

Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
Salary: £6.00-£10.42 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Experience:
- Retail sales: 2 years (preferred)
- customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Using an Ecig/Vape Device: 2 years (preferred)
