Fixed term until 29 March 2024, 10 hours per week
We are looking to recruit a Customer Support Advisor to join the Customer Support team which is based at iPoint in Student Central, Queensgate.
Acting as the first point of contact in the building, you will assist in the delivery of a broad range of first-line Student Support and front-line Reception services on a face to face basis and remotely via telephone, email, and an enquiry management system.
You will have a good general education including GCSEs or equivalent in English and Mathematics, together with good IT skills. You will be able to demonstrate your experience of dealing with customers in a pressurised environment and your commitment to providing a high standard of customer service. You will also be able to work effectively as part of a team and possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
The role requires flexibility, but you will usually work for 10 hours between the hours of 12 noon and 6pm on Mondays and Tuesdays.
