Operations Supervisor Position – Exciting London Start-Up.
We’re looking for a dedicated, ambitious and results-driven operations person to join our entrepreneurial and driven team.

We are now looking for an ambitious and driven Operations Supervisor to join our operational team to work under our Operations Manager.
The successful candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in operations and warehouse management is preferred, as is a drive to get things done and a passion for making a difference. They must also be comfortable in a start-up/unconventional company environment and able to take on tasks of all kinds.
The Operations Supervisor should also be familiar with assisting delivery drivers, be able to conduct driver training on the road and in warehouses. Additionally, the supervisor should do random checks on customer sites during collections, and will be an extension of the senior leadership team. The ideal candidate should have a high level of attention to detail and be able to work independently.

Position Title:Operations Supervisor
Job Summary:
The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of Stored's off-site warehouse locations. The primary focus of this role will be on warehouse consolidation and efficiencies, driver route management, cycle counts, warehouse audits and maintaining accurate inventory records.
This is a remote working role that requires frequent travel to various locations in and around London, so the ability to work independently and effectively manage time is critical.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of multiple off-site warehouse locations
- When required, oversee driver route management, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries and pickups
- Assist in the development and implementation of space utilization strategies to maximize warehouse capacity
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate inventory records
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, internal and external
- Encourage and maintain health and safety to ensure a safe work environment
- Develop and maintain SOPs for warehouse operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in the management of contract drivers to ensure customer expectations are met
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operation management, preferably in a remote working role
- Proven experience in consolidation, space utilization, driver route management, cycle counts, and warehouse audits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel frequently to various locations as needed, must have own transport
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
