Job Description
Running the night time office
Duties include :
Managing a small team of staff
Taking messages off the night time answer facility
Invoicing customers orders ready for despatch
Making sure deliveries inward during the night are checked and put on system
Includes normal general office duties
37.5 hours per week
5.30pm -1am winter hours
6pm-1.30 am Summer hours
workwear provided
Full training on bespoke software given
Windows knowledge essential
