Shipping and Logistics Specialist required for a leading technology manufacturer who boast a fantastic reputation within their sector, a brand truly associated with quality. They offer training, development and progression opportunities for the successful applicant.
The role of the Shipping and Logistics Specialist you will be responsible for all export documentation and logistical shipments across Europe, Asia and North America. You will also issue Letter of Credit templates for Exports ensuring this is aligned with customer contracts and shipping business targets. Using the ERP system, you will input all necessary data accurately. Customer contracts will be reviewed and purchase orders will be done with delivery terms and shipping requirements

The Role:
*Responsible for all Export Documentation and Logistic shipment
*Issue Letter of Credits
*Review customer contracts and purchase orders
*Input accurate data into the ERP System
The Shipping and Logistics Specialist:
*Relevant qualifications in Exports will be highly advantageous but not essential
*Demonstrate experience in UK and international export documentation
*Have knowledge of Letters of Credit
*Proficient use of Microsoft packages
*Incoterms knowledge will be advantageous
