Customer Service Advisor (Patient Care Advisor)
£21,450 per annum + Excellent Benefits
Quorum Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne
Full Time – 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm

50% Hybrid remote working (on completion of probation) no late shift, no weekends and no bank holidays

We are looking for:

  • Warm, friendly and professional colleagues who want to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
  • You’ll be energetic, flexible with a can do approach and good IT skills.
  • You’ll be passionate about understanding patient needs and helping resolve their queries over the telephone.
  • You’ll have previous experience of delivering great customer service. Experience of working in a contact centre and healthcare would be an advantage.
  • You’ll be available to work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 08:30 and 17:00

Our Patient Care Advisors are at the heart of our operations, and our success is built on individuals who are committed to delivering excellence for our patients and communicating in a clear, concise, warm, and friendly way. You will be the face and voice of Connect Health, handling patient queries and appointment booking requirements phone and email, following our processes and procedures whilst bringing your personality and self to the role and demonstrating our core values; People Centred, Quality, Pioneering and Dynamic.


When you join us, you will start by receiving full, in-depth training to support you in becoming a brilliant customer care advisor. We will continue to provide opportunities for you to learn, develop and grow in the role and beyond with Connect Health by providing learning workshops, training and development, access to our learning academy and plenty of internal progression opportunities.
