Hours expected are currently on a rotating 2-week pattern.
Week 1 = 5-day week Monday – Friday, starting at 6am,
Week 2 is a 4-day week Monday to Thursday 1130 start.
Currently no weekends.

Clayton Park Bakery also run a van sales operation across the Northwest.
More About the Role
As a Clayton Park production operative, you will be an integral part of our focused & energetic team, striving to achieve optimum levels of machine efficiency & product quality. Our job covers all areas of production from the start of the process i.e., machine set up, machine operation, quality-checking products & all the way through to the final clean down.
Could you lead & motivate a small team of bakery assistants to manufacture our range of savoury products? As a positive and organised leader, you will be required to run a production line making products to Company specifications. You will follow directives from Production Supervisors & the Production Manager to ensure everything is of the highest quality.
Here’s What You Can Expect to be Doing

Carry out tasks in accordance with departmental processes (SOPs, QAS etc.)

Guaranteeing all manufacturing & traceability paperwork is accurate & correct.

General housekeeping, clean as you go policy

Comply with all health & safety policies.

Some heavy lifting (15kg manual handling.)

Motivate team members & some training of new team members.

Reporting on your daily performance & any quality issues.

Handling of raw materials for production.
A Few Things About You

To be positive and organised individual, capable of working in a team environment or on their own initiative

To be able to prioritise and manage workloads effectively to meet deadlines

Level 2 in food safety and hygiene would be preferable, but training can be given

Experience of working in a similar environment is also desirable
